Course description

ISO 31000 provides in-depth knowledge of the fundamental principles, framework and processes of ISO 31000-compliant risk management.

Objectives:

  • Master best practices in risk management
  • Know how to implement a risk management process
  • Establish, maintain and continuously improve a risk management framework
  • Apply the risk management process in accordance with ISO 31000 guidelines.

This course is based on both theory and best practice in risk management. Practical exercises are based on a case study which includes role-playing and oral presentations& Practical tests are similar to the certification exam.

Prerequisites: One years’ professional experience in risk management & a risk management activity totaling 200 hours.
