D.Thinks supports the training of new resources through the design and delivery of Campuses for young people and, thanks to the internal know-how, rich in technological skills applied to consulting projects on digital innovation, contributes to fill the skills training gap, with reskilling processes within companies, to meet the challenges of a changing business.

Particularly sensitive to the issues of employability, diversity and inclusion, the team of D.Thinks promotes and collaborates in the development of professionals capable of innovating in IT, IOT, Environmental and Energy with training proposals aimed at increasing the necessary performance.

Mission

  • Upskill: Satisfy the training gap of skills in the digital sphere. Update and continuous improvement of existing skills, allowing people to grow in their current role and bring added value to an organization through participation in D.Thinks and official courses. The ICT, IT Service & Project Management courses, both official and of our own production, are constantly updated and constitute a valuable resource for the continuous improvement and updating of notions and skills so that they are adapted to the new demands of business

  • Reskill: Converting resources to change, through reskilling processes within companies, to make them ready to face the challenges of an ever-changing business. Reskilling in a new professional role requires, to begin with, the right skills, D.Thinks is able to build ad hoc training courses starting from the knowledge of each candidate

  • Certified: Certify professional skills. IT certifications are increasingly required and valued by the world of work. In recent years, certification paths have moved from the recognition of technical skills to the definition and certification of professional figures. The official courses of the main brands in the IT field, in addition to providing theoretical and practical skills, are preparatory to the exams and certification paths.

  • New skills: Train new resources following the roadmap of the professional figures required by the market through the development and delivery of campuses. D.Thinks is a partner of the main IT players, protagonists of the Digital Transformation, and provides official training of all major vendors, as well as of the Certifying Bodies of the most common skills of Project and Service Management.
