Presentation

eForHum is an ICT vocational training center founded in 2000 by partners with long experience as managers in IT and human resources.

This double soul still characterizes our unique approach and our organizational structure that combines technical and human resources skills.

We partner with ICT vendors and training providers, institutions, Ministry of Education and companies to support Italian education system, employability market and people.

We have adopted a non-intensive, sustainable and a human intensive approach.

We partner with CSR Academic Training programs - such as Cisco Networking Academy, VMware IT Academy, Check Point Secure Academy - and have been awarded at national and european level by many of them for impact results.

We chose to partner with EC Council to complement our Cybersecurity Competence Center with a non-vendor training offer.

Testimonials

Domenico – CEH:

“Domenico, what is your educational background?

  • I graduated from an IT specialized High School called ITIS Bonsignori Remedello, Brescia, in Lombardy region. There we studied programming, networking, fundamentals of system administration, database and some security concepts.

What specialization path did you take after graduation?

  • After I graduated from High School, as a young unemployed individual, I was looking for the best way into the ICT professional world. Luckily, during my school years, I had the chance to get in touch with eForHum and their Junior IT Academy format so I naturally decided to enroll in the course. Thanks to it I was not only able to obtain the CCNA certification but I also had the opportunity to explore other paths such as: virtualization, network security and cybersecurity basics. Later, driven by a keen interest in cybersecurity, I enrolled in the CEH course, also delivered in Academy format with EC Council Academia.

What aspects of the Academy format, specifically in the CEH course, did you find noteworthy?

  • Thanks to the Academy format I was able to easily find a job as a Junior Support Engineer in a System Integrator in Milan, so first of all employability is a very good point of this program. What I appreciated most of the CEH course of EC Council Academia was the Instructors because of their cybersecurity background, which allowed them to enrich the lessons’ explanations with experiences and challenges they face daily in the field. The sharing of not only technical skills but also experiences create a family atmosphere and I feel like this is an important value that the Academy format adds to the learning experience. Also, I appreciated the non-intensive format of the Academy, which not only allows the study load to be spread on months instead of days but also gives the option to participate to key lessons in person. Careerwise, I am eager to specialize in the cybersecurity world, especially in Vulnerability Assessment and Pen Testing. CEH certification is my first step towards that goal, and I’m only 21!”

Davide – CEH:

“My name is Davide Rasoli, I’m 22, I graduated from an It specialized High School, ITIS Galvani in Milan.

I came across the Junior IT Academy path after my High School years when I was picked for the Talent Program in eForHum, for young unemployed. During the course I explored Networking basics and I later decided to focus my studies in Firewalling. Lastly, driven by my personal interest in the subject, I decided to enroll in the CEH course, that was also delivered in Academia format, distributed in three months, with a huge amount of lessons and labs.

Due to my studies I had good IT fundamentals in web development, networking and firewalling and I felt ready to start a path in cybersecurity and penetration testing.

What I appreciated about the CEH course is all the practical insights from the instructors who are not only Academia certified instructors but at the same time they are experts on the field. Also, the diverse subjects covered by the CEH course offered me a chance to clear lingering doubts on some cybersecurity aspects. Lastly, it gave me the inspiration to independently delve deeper into topics such as security protocols. I am proud to have gained CEH certification as a conclusion of my learning path of some months on cybersecurity matters. The exam covers a large amount of topics and ranges horizontally between operating systems, networks and coding topics.

Studying with Junior IT Academy and EC-Council Academia helped me to find a very good job and a good position in a system integrator. I am now in charge of voice integration projects with Microsoft including security aspects.”
