The originality of its curriculum combining scientific skills, and open to the business world makes it one of the most important schools for most popular with students and recruiters. The emphasis on project practice enables graduated students to approach the world of work with confidence and to quickly claim positions of responsibility in the most varied areas of the information society.

Since September 2014, the engineering training at ENSIAS is three years in duration and is divided into 6 streams which share one year of joint studies (Common Core). The second and third years are reserved for specialisation in the channels offered. It is also possible to follow the third year in foreign partner institutions. ENSIAS engineering students carry out at least three internships in companies or research laboratories in the first year, 2nd year and 3rd year.

ENSIAS offers its students six specializations:

  1. e-Management and Business Intelligence (eMBI)
  2. Software Engineering (GL)
  3. E-Logistics Engineering (IeL)
  4. Embedded, Mobile Systems Engineering (ISEM)
  5. Web Engineering and Mobile Computing (IWIM)
  6. Information Systems Security (ISS)

This training is intended for candidates who are rigorously selected mainly from the preparatory classes for the grandes écoles. The programmes of the classes préparatoires, based on logical rigour, intellectual agility and the capacity for abstraction, guarantee a homogeneous audience with a high capacity for endurance in the work.

However, this reference is not exclusive to other recruitments. In fact, every year ENSIAS welcomes about twenty students who have graduated from bridges with the faculties (DEUG MP and Licence in Computer Science). This enlargement allows a confrontation of experiences and fruitful attitudes in promotions.

ENSIAS also has a doctoral training in computer science offered by its ST2I Doctoral Studies Centre. (Information and Engineering Sciences and Technologies).
