Global Knowledge’s IT training offering focuses on systems, applications and network infrastructure, as well as on key related topics such as the cloud, security, big data, application development and more. Global Knowledge stands out for its high technical added value, and is one of the leading software vendor partners on the French market (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, IBM…).

STRATEGY, GOVERNANCE & METHODS

Global Knowledge also offers a catalog of training courses to help all company managers ensure optimal management of their organization (Lean management) and IT services (reference frameworks such as ITIL, Agile Scrum, ISO/IEC…).

RESOURCES

Global Knowledge has 50 classrooms at its three training centers. It also offers its customers nationwide coverage thanks to its distance learning solution, which has been tried and tested for over 10 years.

Global Knowledge has more than 100 permanent French-speaking certified instructors - with dual technical and pedagogical skills - and 35 consultants to help companies with their training plans, and to work with them to find the right financing. More than 200 training sessions per month are planned for inter-companies. Inter-company training is a real asset for peer exchange and immediate interaction with the trainer.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

Publisher certification programs Because IT suppliers are looking for certified resellers, but also, increasingly, because it is a means of enhancing the skills of individuals within the company, professional certification is driving the IT market. Global Knowledge is a leader in many certification training courses, and supports its trainees right up to the exam stage.

Certification is also, in France, a major issue within the framework of Law no. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018 (art. 36) for the freedom to choose one’s professional future.

LONG-STANDING EXPERIENCE IN PROFESSIONAL RETRAINING

Thanks to the “Préparation Opérationnelle à l’Emploi (POE)” scheme, many candidates acquire new skills and work in a profession that is highly sought after by our partner companies. The P.O.E. provides financial assistance for pre-employment training, awarded to both the applicant and the recruiting company, depending on the nature and/or duration of the employment contract.
