Informatique Systèmes Télécoms (IST) is an organization created in 2004, operating in Benin, Burkina Faso, Niger and Togo. Informatique Systèmes Télécoms (IST) is a firm of IT expertise and management of organizations; integrator of value-added solutions in information technology and communication.

IST masters IT engineering and management, making them fully operational and responding effectively to a wide range of clients.

Hundreds of private and governmental organizations trust us. We offer a wide range of services, from consulting, design to implementation and maintenance of information systems, but also our technical know-how and functional expertise.

As IT security is our core business, IST offers innovative, reliable and powerful solutions to a wide range of customers to protect them from IT threats in this environment where disruptive technologies are proliferating.

Attentive to the market and attentive to new needs, IST knows how to discover innovative systems and technologies, test them and then apply them to its customers' tools and methods, implement them, and develop and provide the necessary training for their use. As such, we increase the skills of our engineers and technicians through training and certification plans in order to provide technical consulting to our customers and to better support them in their technology watch process.

Thanks to our team, composed of eighty-three (83) collaborators and distributed in the countries where we are established, we privilege the quality of the relationship with our customers in order to accompany them in their various projects. We also bring our expertise to companies that wish to outsource their IT services.

IST’s objective is to be recognized for the high quality of the products and services offered in the fields of IT engineering and management. Our mission is to help organizations acquire, design, develop, evolve and manage their IT systems; and to make the most of new information technologies and organizational management.

Our motto: “Continuously enrich our business skills in order to promote new technologies from market leaders to our clients”. This commitment takes the form of strong partnerships with the main IT players, the major publishers and equipment manufacturers, but also by the desire to guarantee our customers long-term solutions. We have formalized our vision in a set of principles that are quality, listening, honesty and contact.

IST intervenes in 4 poles of competence which are :

  • IT & Telecoms

This pole includes a variety of services: computer networks, web hosting, software supply, data backup and restoration, supervision and monitoring, GED & SAE and infrastructures

  • Security & Safety

Here, IST offers solutions in cyber security, video surveillance, antivirus protection, protection against DDOS, SMSI, SIEM & SOC, data encryption, penetration testing, threat hunting, access control.

  • Management of organizations

In this pole, we note among others: organizational audit, procedure manual, studies, strategic planning, marketing and commercial action, communication, submission of tender documents.

  • Training

IST not only deploys technological solutions and recommends appropriate management systems, but also provides training for the various users. We are a training and certification center. Our training courses cover all our fields of intervention, from initiation to certification.
